Returns

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items can be returned for size/color exchange, store credit or refund within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods, via the returns and exchanges form at the following link. All labels must not be cut or broken.

Instructions for returns and exchanges

To request a return authorization or to make an exchange, you must fill out the form at the following link Book Return, by entering the order number and email address, within 30 days from purchase.

The return shipment is made with the courier indicated by VITTORIOCITROSHOP.US will be free. If the return is sent back using a different courier, all costs will be borne by the customer. The return shipment must take place within 30 days from the date of purchase.

There are 3 types of compensation available:

  • Size/color change: It is possible to exchange for a different size or color of the same item, if available, or for any other item.
  • Store Credit: You will receive a code for the total value of the returned items, usable within 3 months. Store Credit cannot be combined and must be used in a single order of equal or greater value.
  • Reimbursement: You will receive your refund within 14 days of handing over your package to the courier. Please keep your return receipt from the courier until you receive your refund.

Terms and Conditions

  • Returned items must be in perfect condition: not worn, washed or altered, with intact labels and all original accessories.
  • Swimwear And intimate apparel must be tried on over personal underwear. Returns will be rejected if there are signs of use.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons or rapid deterioration.
